This is a vintage brass-tone belt buckle from the "Running Strong for American Indian Youth" organization. This belt buckle is from June 1996 and is the 11th Anniversary edition. This belt buckle was presented to those who had done a lot for Native American Indian Children with a dedication by Billy Mills.
